everything in good measure

Working version for order requests. Updated 20 September 2026.

This is a translation of the working Russian version of the terms.

clarity first

We protect both the customer and common sense.

No checkbox takes away consumer rights or turns an ordinary kitchen into a medical facility.

Important before payments launch

Before the commercial launch we'll add the legal entity's details, official address, contacts for enquiries, prices and exact refund rules. The final version will be reviewed by a lawyer in Serbia.

By using the MERA order form, the customer confirms that they have read the terms below, provided their details in good faith and understand what the service is for.

1. How an order is placed

Filling in the form on the website saves the chosen options and expresses the intention to order a meal plan. An order is confirmed only after the MERA team agrees the start date, delivery area and time, price and payment method. You can pay in cash or by card to the courier, by card on the website or by QR code on the website. No payment obligation arises before the order is confirmed.

2. MERA does not replace a doctor

MERA prepares everyday balanced food but does not provide medical services, diagnose conditions or prescribe therapeutic diets. Calories, macros and plan descriptions are guidelines. With a medical condition, pregnancy, recovery after surgery, a prescribed therapeutic diet or other medical circumstances, the plan must be agreed with a doctor in advance.

3. Customer details

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of each recipient's name, date of birth, phone, address, chosen plan, length, exclusions and allergens. If details change, they must be reported before preparation of the next delivery begins. A children's plan is confirmed separately and is not assigned automatically based on adult calorie levels.

4. Allergens and cross-contact

The form lets you mark 14 standard allergen categories. MERA uses these marks when preparing the order, but the kitchen is not allergen-free. Traces of ingredients and cross-contact cannot be ruled out completely. The service is not suitable for people at risk of anaphylaxis or with a medical requirement for the complete absence of allergen traces.

5. Delivery, storage and reheating

Delivery takes place every day or every other day according to the schedule the customer chooses. The customer makes sure the order can be received at the agreed time. After handover, the customer is responsible for following the labelling, temperature, shelf life and reheating instructions. Dishes must not be eaten if the packaging is damaged, storage conditions were not met or after the stated expiry date.

6. Menu and substitutions

The menu is updated weekly. Due to seasonality, supply problems or production needs, MERA may replace an individual ingredient or dish with one comparable in purpose and in the logic of the plan. The allergens marked in the form and confirmed restrictions must still be taken into account.

7. Order length, changes and cancellation

Available lengths: a 2-day trial, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month and 6 months. The chosen length does not by itself include automatic renewal. Delivery can be paused once for each paid week if you tell us before the agreed preparation time. Payment, rescheduling and cancellation terms are set when the order is confirmed. For perishable goods and food prepared or delivered for a specific time, the right of withdrawal may be limited by law. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights in case of defective goods or services.

8. Prices, discounts and delivery

The current price is shown in the account before checkout. During the launch a 10% discount applies. Orders of two or more plans also get a 5% family discount. Delivery every other day is included in the price; daily delivery is charged separately, once per address. The price fixed at checkout is kept for that order, except for the separately agreed children's format.

9. Complaints and liability

If an order is damaged, doesn't match the confirmed options or raises reasonable doubt, the customer should stop eating it, keep the packaging and contact MERA as soon as possible. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or MERA's liability where such a limitation is prohibited by law.

10. Personal data

The form draft is stored locally on the customer's device. Once order intake opens, data will be used only for placing, preparing and delivering orders, communication and legal compliance. Allergen data is sensitive information and must be accessible only to those who need it to fulfil the order. Customers will be able to request correction or deletion of their data through MERA's published contacts.

11. Changes to the terms

The terms may be updated as payments, delivery and new features launch. Each order is governed by the version shown to the customer when it was confirmed. Material changes do not apply to an already confirmed order without the customer's consent, unless the law requires otherwise.
